Mr. Mansour Halwani has more than 30 years of legal and administrative experience. He has held prominent leadership roles, including Director of Legal Affairs in the Makkah Region at the Ministry of Interior, and Chairman of the Military Disciplinary Board. He contributed to preparing and drafting the legal frameworks governing legal departments within government entities.
He is an accredited arbitrator in civil and commercial disputes and a member of several professional bodies. He has extensive experience in litigation before courts, managing major and complex cases, drafting regulations and bylaws, and handling disciplinary matters.
He holds advanced academic qualifications, including a bachelor’s degree in law, an advanced diploma in law, and professional diplomas in arbitration and family counselling. He is highly skilled in administrative and disciplinary law, drafting legal memoranda, managing estates, and arbitration proceedings.
